We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are processed and shipped using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or equivalent services, depending on the destination and availability.

Shipping Costs

• Standard EU Shipping (1–3 items): €6.90

• Standard International Shipping (Non EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway) (1–3 items): €9.90

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• Other EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the EU except for Switzerland, UK and Norway. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
