Chamago Tonic

Refreshing. Bitter. Timeless.
Ingredients:
– 5 cl El Chamago
– 100 ml dry tonic or grapefruit tonic
– Ice cubes
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– 1 grapefruit zest or slice

Preparation:

  1. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Pour in El Chamago.

  3. Top up with tonic.

  4. Gently tap the rosemary to release aroma, then add to the glass.

  5. Use grapefruit zest as garnish.
