Ingredients:
– 5 cl El Chamago
– 100 ml dry tonic or grapefruit tonic
– Ice cubes
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– 1 grapefruit zest or slice
Preparation:

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in El Chamago.

Top up with tonic.

Gently tap the rosemary to release aroma, then add to the glass.

Use grapefruit zest as garnish.
